Our guests will have their own cook,  Viviana, a lovely lady who makes typically Argentine, organic and homemade meals.  Visitors will be served steaks and other delicious cuts of meat, fresh vegetables grown in the kitchen garden and cakes for tea.

Inside the Pampas works closely with sommelier, Nigel Tollerman, who has put together an excellent selection of some of his favourite wines that best reflect the distinct character and personality of Argentine wine regions.  The wine list includes potent and concentrated Malbecs and aromatic white Torrontés from Salta in the North, luscious, fruit-driven wines from Mendoza, and delicate Pinot Noir from the Patagonian South, amongst
other lesser-known regions and varieties.  Nigel Tollerman has carefully selected these wines to pair with the Argentine food menu served at El Roble and his wine list will give you an insight into the world of Argentine wines.
